It's okay to change your mind.
We want you to feel amazing every time you step outside in your new shades. We understand that once you've tried the sunnies on it might not be quite the look you were after, so we gladly accept returns.
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return:
1. Please head over to our RETURNS PORTAL and fill out your purchase information. You will receive an email from us confirming the request submission
2. Once approved on our end, you will receive a second email to proceed
3. Visit your local post off and return the products to:

5. Your refund will be issued once we have received and checked the products. Please allow up to 7 business days to clear into your account.
If you would like to exchange your pair of sunglasses, please let us know either via email firstname.lastname@example.org or through our Facebook messaging app with which new pair you would like.
The process is the same as standard returns, however, once we receive your returned pair of sunglasses we will issue you with a code to use when you place an order for your new pair of sunglasses. This will reduce the total cost of the new pair to $0.
Clearance items are excluded from the 45 day returns policy for change of mind. This is due to the sunglasses having imperfections and we cannot assess if it was caused by the purchaser or not. They do still come under our warranty and busted program.
You have 45 days from purchase to return items.
Sunglasses must be sent back with their original cleaning cloth, carry pouch, and the cardboard box. All items must be in the same condition that you received them in. If any of the items are missing, damaged, dirty or scratched, it will incur a flat fee of $5.00 per item.
We at Archer Eyewear know that life happens, it could be stepping on your sunglasses, falling down a mountain, your dog chews them etc...
To help out with these mishaps we will provide you with a unique discount code that will give you 50% off a new pair. Simply send us a picture of your broken sunglasses within 9 months of the purchase date, along with proof of purchase to receive your code.
