Let's keep things simple. Here is what you need to know about our warranty:

If you got a bit wild with your shades..

If you happen to be a little careless with your shades (ex: your dog ate it, or you broke it while climbing Mt Everest), we will either repair your shades for a small fee or provide our Busted Program. Honesty is appreciated! :)

Our bad...

If there was a defect in our workmanship, we will repair or replace your shades free of charge. We will cover the cost of the return or credit the charge back if you were asked to return your shades for an assessment.
P.S Our repair team is very good at determining foul play vs defects. 

Busted Program

We at Archer Eyewear know that life happens, perhaps your toddler smashed you in the face with her favourite toy or your dog turned them into a chew toy? 
To help out with these mishaps we will provide you with a unique discount code that will give you 50% off a new pair. Simply send us a picture of your broken sunglasses within 9 months of the purchase date, along with proof of purchase to receive your code. 

*Discount applies only to full price products.

Please email us at returns@archereyewear.com.au to claim your replacement pair of sunglasses at 50% off and make sure to include your name and purchase number. 

Warranty Policy

We offer a 6-month warranty, from the purchase date, on any manufacturers defect that may occur in the materials or workmanship of your product. Scratched frames or lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under our warranty. 

If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period, and we assess that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and returned to the sender. If the returned product is deemed to be a valid warranty claim then we will incur the cost of any further postage charges. In the case of the damage not being due to a defect in material or workmanship additional repair charges may apply. If this is the case we will send you a notification of additional charges via email, in any event you will be charged for shipping back to you based on the standard Australia Post shipping rates.

The warranty program does not cover products that are lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or damaged in any other way incurred by excess force from the user. 

If a product sent in does not qualify for the warranty program it may qualify for our BUSTED program.
