To help out with these mishaps you can return your broken sunglasses within 9 months of the purchase date along with proof of purchase and be given a unique discount code that will give you 50% off a new pair.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 6-month warranty, from the purchase date, on any manufacturers defect that may occur in the materials or workmanship of your product. We have sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. 

We will only authorise the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our online store.

This warranty lasts up to 6 months from the purchase date. This warranty covers all parts of your product, excluding lenses, and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. Scratched lenses from normal use are not covered by this warranty, while our lenses are made from quality scratch resistant materials they are not scratch proof. Improper fit or 'change of mind' is not valid criteria for warranty. Manufacturer defects include defective hinges or lenses popping out. This does not include scratched lenses or broken frames due to use. 

The warranty program does not cover products that are lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or damaged in any other way incurred by excess force from the user. We reserve the right to not send back irreparable frames sent in under warranty unless you pay the shipping cost. If a product sent in does not qualify for the warranty program it may qualify for our BUSTED program.
